Our approach at Warm Welcome is to initiate projects from the very beginning, collaborating closely with clients before the key project players have been selected (i.e. contractor, architect & trades). The Design Process
PRE-DESIGN
We start the process with an in-person discussion to understand the project's needs. Following a thorough debrief to establish alignment on the project, we create the project framework, including the scope and timeline.
DESIGN DEVELOPMENT

DESIGN MANAGEMENT
